How do I place an order?

Browse our products online, when you've decided on what you want, reach out to us via email and we will finalize the design, cost and create your order. 

Once your order is created we will send you an invoice for payment. Due to the nature of customized merchandise all orders require 100% payment when placed. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

For most orders we accept payment through Square or Paypal. If you are local, we also accept payment in person.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of customized merchandise, returns or refunds are not honored. In order to make sure you get exactly what you order, we make sure to communicate with you on the design and get your approval on a mock up before we start to work.

What is the difference between Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) and Sublimation?

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a vinyl that utilizes both heat and pressure to adhere to fabric or woods. It is also known as iron-on vinyl.

Sublimation is when your design is embedded in the shirt fabric instead of having the vinyl boned to the fabric like what is done for HTV.

What if I am not satisfied with From First to Craft?

We work very hard to make sure that your design is approved before we begin to make your product. However, if at anytime you have any concerns, please share them with us and we will try to make it right.
